1. 1. Course Access & Eligibility: You are granted access to attend up to the first 5 classes of the course. Eligibility for a refund arises only after the completion of these initial 5 classes.

2. 2. Request Submission: To initiate the refund process, you must submit a formal refund request form following the completion of the first 5 classes. (Form is below).

3. 3. Non-Refundable Charge: A non-refundable service charge of ₹10,000/- will be deducted by TSTP (The Smart Test Prep) regardless of whether you attend all 5 classes or fewer.

4. 4. Processing Time: Upon submitting your refund request, the process will commence within the next 48 hours and may take up to 28 days to complete.

5. 5. Urgency: While we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, we do not accept or consider any requests for urgency or expedited handling.

6. 6. Exceptions: Please note that TSTP does not entertain any negotiations or exceptions related to this refund policy.
